SEMA4 Sling

Inspired by our vibrant new branding, the SEMA4 Sling is 100% guaranteed to get any party started.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 4 oz Pineapple juice,
  • 1/4 fluid ounce Benedictine® liqueur
  • 1/2 fluid ounce cherry-flavoured brandy
  • 1/4 oz triple sec1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Method:

First shake your ingredients and strain it into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry speared with an umbrella (for that classy touch, of course). Add straws, and serve.

Hello Yellow

You might have noticed we’ve chosen a rather stunning yellow as our new colour. It’s fresh, zingy and confident – so as a bit of a tribute, we’ve created this rather delicious cocktail.

Method:

  • 3/4 oz Spiced Rum
  • 3/4 oz White Rum
  • 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 wedge Pineapple
  • Pineapple to garnish

How to make it:

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a glass full of ice. Then simply garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves. Enjoy!

Marlborough Mojito

Home to both SEM4 and Britain’s second-widest High Street (damn you, Stockton-On-Tees!) beautiful Marlborough was the perfect inspiration for this cocktail. Just don’t try crossing the High Street after you’ve had two or three.

Method:

  • Ice
  • 6 ounces light rum
  • 12 mint sprigs, or spearmint, 8 roughly broken apart
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Club soda
  • 4 slices of lime

 Method:

Place the ice in a cocktail shaker, then add in the rum, 8 broken up mint sprigs, lime juice and sugar. Shake well and serve over ice in a high ball glass. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda and garnish each with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. Chin chin!

Hair of Eddie the Dog

Like Eddie, SEM4’s lovely studio dog, this cocktail is also guaranteed to make you feel better the morning after the night before. Aaaah, lovely Eddie.

Method:

  • 2 parts Grey Goose vodka
  • 4 parts organic tomato juice
  • ½ part fresh lemon juice
  • 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Celery, ground black pepper and fresh aromatic herbs to garnish

Howl to make it:

Firstly, add plenty of ice and all of your ingredients to a shaker. Mix it, but don’t shake it – you don’t want a frothy drink. Pour the mix into a glass. Top up with fresh ice, then add your garnishes to taste. Cheers!
