After many years helping them talk to their customers, Hilton then came to us with a different brief: could we help them train their frontline staff to provide exceptional customer service? So we came up with a game plan.
We created and delivered a training game, complete with characters, cards, boards and a spinner; all designed to entertain and educate staff. And all produced on time and on budget.
The game was a huge hit. After trialling the game successfully at its annual conference, Hilton’s hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa are now using it for training.
